Boiling Point: Deaerator vs Condensate System

Next week, we will be headed to Power-Gen in Las Vegas, so we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to talk about a deaerator system and condensate system. 

Today on the Boiling Point, Ritchie talks with Steven about the differences between a deaerator system and a condensate system. Both of these systems are able to preheat your feed water system and remove the oxygen from the water; however, they operate a bit differently. As we have mentioned before, water can be very corrosive to the metal in a steam system, so removing as much oxygen as possible is a priority.
