Safety Initiative

Our guiding principle is to make sure everyone goes home in the same condition as they came to work.

We never speak of safety in terms of dollars or productivity. These are positive throw-offs from safe practices. Safety is about people...it's never about money.

Through a lot of focus and hard work our safety initiative over the past 10 years has expanded dramatically.

Comprehensive safety training, not just general plant requirements such as Lockout/Tagout and Arc Flash, but expanded training such as Hand Injuries Prevention, Hearing-Loss Prevention, Ergonomic Work Practices and Ladder Safety.

Our safety program has staff dedicated to overseeing the execution of the program and the advancement of our safety initiative.

Our safety program is consistently evolving to meet our customers' requirements and maintain OSHA compliance.

Frequent training i.e. weekly / monthly / annual / job or task specific.
