Introduction
This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how Ivan Ware & Son, LLC d/b/a WARE (“WARE,” “we,” or “us”), which owns and operates www.wareinc.com, collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information through your use of our website and our associated services, including in connection with a transaction or inquiry (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Notice covers WARE’s information practices across all of its interactions with you and is broader in scope than the “Website” governed by WARE’s Terms of Service. It describes how WARE handles Personal Information; it does not create or modify any contractual terms governing a transaction with WARE.
This Privacy Notice describes WARE’s current information practices. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time, as described in “Changes to This Privacy Notice” below.
Our Services are intended for business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Our Services may include links to, or make use of, websites, applications, analytics tools, and other services owned and operated by third parties. WARE does not control those third parties or their privacy practices, and you are encouraged to review their privacy notices.
What Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you use the Services, we may collect personal information about you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may include information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal Information does not include deidentified or aggregate information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
We may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information:
- Communication Data. Any communication you send to us through the Services, email, telephone, SMS or other text message, live chat, or social media. We process this data to communicate with you, provide customer support, maintain logs of our communications, and respond to legal claims.
- User Data. Data about how you use the Services and any data you submit through the Services, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address, together with data stored in persistent cookies and analytics data collected when you use the Services. We process this data to operate and secure the Services, to provide relevant content, and to maintain backups.
- Technical Data. Data about your use of the Services, such as your IP address, mobile device model, operating system, general location, and time zone. We process this data to analyze use of the Services, route traffic, administer and secure the Services, provide location-relevant content, and troubleshoot problems.
- Marketing Data. Information about how you interact with WARE’s advertisements, marketing communications, and content on the Services or on third-party websites and applications, collected through cookies, pixels, device identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technologies. We use this information to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve our marketing efforts.
WARE will use your personal information consistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. If WARE needs to use your personal information for an unrelated, new purpose, WARE will provide you with notice of that use. WARE may process your personal information without your knowledge or consent where required or permitted by law.
How We Collect This Information
- Directly from you. When you purchase products or services, register for classes or training programs, request a quote, submit a service inquiry, or otherwise contact us. This may include your name, company name, business contact information, service location, equipment or boiler-system information, class registration information, order and transaction information, billing and shipping information, and other information you choose to provide.
- Automatically through your use of the Services. We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, QR-code tracking technologies, and similar tools to collect information when you view or click pages, links, emails, or advertisements. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. We use these technologies to operate and secure the Services, to recognize you when you return, and to understand how the Services are used.
- From third parties. We may receive Personal Information from business partners, service providers, analytics and advertising providers, social media platforms with which you interact, and other third parties where permitted by applicable law. We may create user profiles from this information to better understand your needs as a customer.
Third-Party Tracking Technologies We Use
We use third-party technologies on the Services, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Google Analytics. Website analytics.
- Google Ads and related conversion tracking. We use Google Ads and related tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how users interact with our Services. These technologies may collect information about your interactions with our advertisements and Website, including pages viewed, links clicked, and actions taken after interacting with an advertisement.
- Google Ads may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, advertising click identifiers such as the Google Click Identifier (“GCLID”), and other technical information to attribute website activity and conversions to advertising campaigns.
- We also use Google Ads call-conversion technologies to help us understand when telephone calls or clicks on telephone-number links result from our advertisements. In some instances, Google may display a temporary forwarding telephone number so that a call can be attributed to an advertising campaign. Calls are not recorded through this functionality.
- Information collected through Google Ads may be shared with Google in connection with advertising, conversion measurement, and related analytics services. Depending on how these technologies are configured and applicable law, certain disclosures may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under applicable privacy laws.
- ZoomInfo. Visitor identification, which uses IP addresses, device information, and other technical identifiers to associate website activity with a business or organization. We may use this information for analytics, sales, and marketing purposes.
- Crazy Egg. Session analytics and heatmaps, including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and similar interactions.
- CallTrackingMetrics. Call tracking and attribution, which may collect your telephone number, the date, time, and duration of your call, and the marketing source associated with the call. Calls are not recorded through this functionality.
- QR Code and Interaction Tracking. We use Uniqode to create QR codes used in certain marketing materials and to help us understand how users interact with those QR codes and our Services. When you scan a QR code or interact with content associated with a QR code, Uniqode and related tracking technologies may collect information about that interaction, such as the date and time of the interaction, device or browser information, IP address, approximate location, and information regarding the page or content accessed. We may use this information to measure engagement with our marketing materials, analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, and improve our Services and marketing efforts.
Information collected through these and similar technologies may be shared with the applicable providers in connection with these services. Depending on how the technologies are configured and on applicable law, certain of those disclosures may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. See “Your Privacy Choices” below.

You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting us using the information in “Contacting Us” below. Opting out of marketing communications does not extend to personal information provided for other purposes and does not prevent us from sending transactional, administrative, or service-related communications.

We may collect your mobile telephone number and related information when you choose to communicate with us by SMS or other text message, including in connection with Boiler University classes or other Services. We may use this information to communicate with you, respond to questions, provide information related to your participation in our Services, and otherwise facilitate the communications you request.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to service providers that assist us in providing SMS or other communications services, such as Twilio, solely as necessary to provide those services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

We allow access to your personal information only by employees and service providers who have a need to know or access it on our instructions.
