When your facility needs steam or hot water fast, whether it's for an emergency shutdown, seasonal demand, or a planned outage WARE delivers more than just equipment. We provide peace of mind. With one of the largest and most advanced rental fleets in the country, a 24/7 live support team, and a turnkey process from quote to startup, renting from WARE is fast, efficient, and reliable.
Here’s what to expect from the moment you call us to the moment steam is flowing—and everything we offer along the way.
Step 1: The First Call—24/7 Expert Support
When you call WARE’s 24-hour hotline at 888-904-WARE, you’ll speak to a live, qualified boiler expert. Never an answering service. Even if it’s midnight on a holiday, we’re here to assess your needs and get your rental rolling.
We’ll ask about:
- Your application (steam or hot water? saturated vs superheated steam, domestic/potable hot water vs hydronic heating/process hot water, boiler-only vs complete system, etc.)
- Required capacity and pressure/temperature specs
- On-site space and utility access
- Fuel availability (natural gas, propane, #2 oil, electric)
- Timeline: how soon you need it, and for how long
Step 2: Proposal and Equipment Match
Our Rental Sales team quickly builds a tailored proposal that includes:
- Equipment specifications (a list of what is included, connection sizes, utility/power requirements, etc.),
- Rental pricing for the minimum rental duration the customer requires
- Freight estimates
- Connection sizes, utility requirements, and startup timelines
- Optional add-ons (like economizers or SCR systems)
You'll also get:
- Equipment drawings and layout
- Our rental Terms & Conditions
- A startup estimate (if requested)
- FAQs and customer service contact
Step 3: Paperwork, Payment & Scheduling
Once you approve the quote and send a purchase order:
- We issue an Advance Invoice & Rental Agreement
- You arrange payment
- We schedule and arrange freight
- A Rental Project Manager is assigned to coordinate with your team
Step 4: Delivery & Setup
WARE’s team ensures you’re ready to receive and connect the equipment. If we’re handling the install, we’ll coordinate labor and materials.
Once the local boiler inspector gives the green light, we move to startup and commissioning.
Our service technicians are available for ongoing support, troubleshooting, and technical questions throughout the rental.
Step 5: End of Rental & Return Process
When the rental is complete:
- You notify WARE
- We provide a return checklist
- We arrange return freight
- Our shop inspects the unit for wear or damage
- If everything checks out, the project is closed until you need us again.
WARE’s Rental Boiler Fleet: Options for Every Application
WARE has invested millions of dollars in its rental fleet over the past few years to make sure we have boilers of all sizes, each with the latest technology in place to keep you running efficiently. Our rental fleet can supply everything from 10hp to 250,000 lbs/hr, and anywhere in between. Our fleet includes:
Mobile Boiler Rooms (50–1000 HP)
Made for a wide range of applications. Everything you need is contained in a semi trailer for easy transport and positioning on the worksite. Simply make your connections and you’re good to go. Every mobile boiler room includes:
- Main steam stop valves
- Safety relief valves
- Exhaust stub stack
- Bolt and gasket kits
- Safety and monitoring equipment
- Water softener
- Deaerator or feedwater system with feedwater pumps
- Blowdown separator
- Operator work area and monitoring station
Skid-Mounted Boilers (10 HP – 250,000 lbs/hr)
Ideal for applications where space is at a premium. They offer plenty of capacity in a smaller form factor, all mounted on a skid that’s easy to transport and position. Just connect the fuel supply and water supply, the steam line, connect the stack, hook up a connection for safe blowdowns, and you’re ready to make steam. Every skid-mounted boiler includes:
- Main steam stop valves
- Safety relief valves
- Exhaust stub stack
- Bolt and gasket kits
- Safety and monitoring equipment
- Up to 750 PSI and 750°F superheat
Trailer-Mounted Boilers (20,000 – 100,000 lbs/hr)
Ideal for larger applications, and include everything a boiler operator needs in one easily transported, towable package. All you need to do is make the connections, start it up, and you’re ready to make a lot of steam. Every trailer-mounted boiler system includes:
- Main steam stop valves
- Safety relief valves
- Exhaust stub stack
- Bolt and gasket kits
- Safety and Monitoring Equipment
- Low NOx, ultra-low NOx, and SCR systems are also available.
- Pressures up to 750 psi, and can supply superheated steam up to 750° F
Superheated Steam Boilers (75,000 lbs/hr @ 750°F)
Provide the extra efficiency of superheated “dry” steam for applications that require it, including refineries, mills, power generation, and other turbine-related applications. Every superheated rental boiler includes:
- Main steam valves
- Blow down valves
- Fuel trains
- Level control system with automatic feedwater valve
- EconomizerSupport steel
- Stub stack
- Design pressures of 750 psi, and output temperatures of 750° F
Mobile Hot Water Boilers (2–8 million BTU/hr)
Ideal for situations where you need clean, potable hot water instead of steam. They’re easily transported, and can even be daisy-chained for situations where a lot of hot water is needed. Most mobile hot water boilers include:
- Two 10-foot sections of stainless-steel hose
- One 25-foot long 220v/1ph power cord
- All-copper piping and bronze fittings for reliability
- Safety and monitoring equipment
- Stainless-steel covered heat exchangers
- Thermostatic mixing valve to avoid condensing
- Onboard expansion tank
- RBI Boilers
WARE’s mobile hot water boiler fleet can run on 220-volt, 30–40-amp single-phase power. They can also be customized with options that include domestic hot water storage tanks, manifolds for connecting multiple units together, gas pressure regulators, hardware to operate with natural gas or propane (LPG), and remote monitoring capabilities.
Electric Boiler Skids (12–150 HP)
Great when you have emissions limits, if you do not have access to traditional fuels like natural gas or diesel fuel, or if you need to place a smaller boiler indoors and don’t want to deal with the exhaust of a traditional boiler. These electric skid systems are packaged on a skid that can be moved with a forklift, operate on 480V/3ph power and include:
- Main steam stop valve
- Safety relief valves
- Blowdown valves
- Condensate tank
- Blowdown separator
