Solar One - Steam Culture Short

Brent talks about the power of the sun and how it can be used to generate steam, which then turns a turbine to create electricity.

The sunlight is reflected off the heliostats and directed to a large tower that houses a solar receiver. The solar energy reflected from the heliostats can heat the boiler to over 1,000 degrees.
