Industrial Burner & Service TechnicianLocation – Chattanooga, TN and Louisville, KY Permanent – full-time position Qualified applicant must have a minimum of 5+ years of direct, relevant experience and a good working knowledge of steam and hot water boilers, burners (gas, oil & combination), associated controls & electrical circuits, Combustion, and associated piping systems. Applicant must have a background of working on industrial boiler/burner systems, preferably with various manufacturers’ equipment (Superior, Johnston, Cleaver Brooks, Nebraska, Powerflame, Todd, etc.). Computer knowledge preferred, and experience on linkageless control highly desirable (AutoFlame, Honeywell, etc.). This a permanent, full-time, challenging and rewarding position offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting, highly successful, growth-oriented organization. VALVE TECHNICIANLocation - Chattanooga, TN and Louisville, KY Permanent - full-time position Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with repair, assembly and service of control valves, safety relief valves and manual valves. Must be proficient in all phases of VR repair and V,UV assembly. Must adhere to ASME and National Board (NBIC) code as laid out in our Quality Control Manual for repair and assembly, as well as additional quality and safety procedures. Experience with repair and assembly of control valves (i.e. Fisher, Masoneilan, Valtek, Neles Jamesbury, and Leslie), safety relief valves (i.e. Farris, Consolidated, Crosby and Kunkle), and manual valves is required. Ability to operate manual lathe for close tolerance machining of nozzles, disc holders and flanges. Must be comfortable with and capable of effective customer communication – technical assistance, troubleshooting, determining disposition of repairs, etc. Experience with Word, Excel, and basic email systems a plus.
