Who doesn't love the smell of freshly popped popcorn? Well, there is a connection to our delicious snack and steam. Today, Brent tells us why popcorn pops!

When the kernel heats up, the steam expands causing an explosion inside of the hull, creating the puffy snack we all know and love.
