Today on Steam Culture, Brent talks about how Gail Borden invented the method to create condensed milk changing the way people would work with dairy. Borden invented a special Vacuum Evaporator which utilized steam as it’s heat source and managed to reduce milk without scorching or curdling it. Through Borden's achievements he was able to create a safe milk product that didn’t need refrigeration and could be canned and safely stored for years.
